Planning and HR (aka developers) management.

Missions:

• Department organization

  My daily work consists in improving internal communication, training and leading over 10+ developers, and managing macro and micro planning in coordination with training and consulting departments.

• Internal tools development/setup

  Development of a web application to manage the teams' planning (in Symfony2, Doctrine2). Setting up the development environment with Git, Gitolite and Gitweb for SCM, Jenkins for continuous testing and Sonar for code metrics. Application's deployment is standardized with Fabric python script and Run Deck application.

• Project coaching

  I give a hand to project managers by bootstrapping, monitoring and debriefing projects.
